About Our Company

We are a Service organization operating in the roofing industry. With over 30+ years in Consulting and Real Estate, our team has drawn experience from outside the industry to provide a unique service and approach to roofing.  

Early on, our large commercial real estate owners were looking for transparency and compliance tools, which were hard to find in the roofing industry. We set out to change that by providing educational and transparent reporting. That Transparency also serves to educate our customers on roof health and techniques for roof life extension.

About Our Approach

We bring a consultative approach to understanding roofing. By understanding organizational goals for a property management company Roofing Innovations creates roof plans to utilize a combination of roof repairs, roof restoration and roof replacement to keep tenants dry and within monthly, quarterly or yearly budgets. Through continuous employee education Roofing Innovations stays on the leading edge of new material and labor techniques within the industry. This approach allows Roofing Innovations to leverage or vendor partners to offer outside the box solutions.

Roofing is complex, somewhat dangerous (according to Workers Compensation Administrators), and hard to verify that the proper work was done. We know that our customers rely on us to show them the problems, teach them the possible solutions, and document the work that is done. We know our clients need to squeeze all the life they can out of their assets and need time for owners, investors, and managers to plan for large expenditures. Our approach is to understand what the customer needs out of their roof, and help build roofing plans that help them reach their goals. Our consultative approach, or transparency in our work, and our goal to “fix, not replace,” helps our customers stay within budget year after year
