At Roofing Innovations, we take a different approach to leak repairs. If you take a look above, we can explain how.

When you call most contractors and ask them to fix a spot on the roof where a leak is occurring, they’ll come out, fix your leak, and leave. Later, another leak may happen on the roof but in a different spot, what do you do? You have to call the contractor again and schedule another repair, pay their leak fixing fee, but there is no guarantee that this will be the last leak!

Our approach is a little different. We still come out and make a spot repair to the leak on your property, but we go a bit farther. While our technicians are on the roof repairing the leak, they take a look around the roof and note any places that may not look quite right or that may need repairs soon. They will then prepare a report for no charge that clearly shows the deficiencies and our recommended solutions. At the same time, we will provide an estimate of the cost to fix those issues.

Once you’ve taken a look and given your approval, we will come to your property and perform the proposed repairs, and you can rest easy knowing your roof is in great shape!
