Focus on Repairs
At Roofing Innovations we believe in extending the serviceable life of an asset. We demonstrate this in the way we promote repairs over replacements and by providing services to help our customers deal with emergencies and plan for repairs. The leading edge of our service offering is the Temporary Emergency Repair, followed by Permanent Repairs, and then Preventive Roof Maintenance. We also provide full roof Replacement, Restoration and Re-Roofs, but we exhaust all other options before we approach these larger services.
The Temporary Emergency Repair Program
The Temporary Emergency Repair Program is designed to stop water from causing damage to your building and relieve the Tenant and Property Manager from the extra challenges of an active leak. The Temporary Emergency Repair is designed to be a rapid-response “band aid”, allowing property owners time to plan and budget for a more permanent solution.
Roofing Innovations establishes a flat rate charge for Temporary Emergency Repairs which is discounted from proposed Permanent Repairs, if those repairs are purchased within 90 days of the proposal.

After the TERP:
Reports will be provided on all completed work. If the Temporary Emergency Repair did not allocate enough time to perform a permanent repair, then a proposal for permanent repairs will be provided. At a minimum, photos of deficiencies and the Temporary Emergency Repairs will be provided. Documentation of the deficiencies and the subsequent repairs are part of our reporting process. 40% of the time no additional repairs are needed after performing a Temporary Emergency Repair. The other 60% of repairs require repairs that are more complex and require additional work. In these cases we provide our typical documentation along with a proposal for the needed repairs.
Permanent Repairs
Where there is extensive damage, limited accessibility or more complex repairs, we provide repair services that carry a two-year warranty. The standard documentation of deficiency and completion photos applies to all work that we do.
Warranty
All of our repairs carry a warranty that is appropriate for the type of work performed. For Temporary Emergency Repairs we warranty the work for 30 days. For Permanent Repairs, we warranty the work for two years. The warranty is simple. If, during the warranty period the work we performed did not stop the water, we will honor the warranty and perform the work at no additional charge.
If we return for the warranty and find that our prior work stopped the water, but water is entering from a new location, then a new service ticket will be opened and we will perform a new Temporary Emergency Repair.
